Responsibilities
- Champion complex technical designs and collaborate with the architecture team.
- Scale Coupa platforms while balancing codebase consolidation and microservice flexibility.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to build new features.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance the development lifecycle.
- Guide and mentor junior developers in technical direction and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience, preferably with Ruby on Rails.
- Strong object-oriented design and analysis skills.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of common design patterns.
- Experience with React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks and CSS.
- MySQL knowledge, including performance and optimization.
- Experience as a key contributor on a team responsible for deadlines.
- Exposure to AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle.
