Responsibilities

Build and maintain the mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter.
Contribute to architectural decisions and establish coding standards for the team.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, testers, backend teams, web teams, and other stakeholders.
Introduce technologies, tools, and processes that improve developer productivity and product quality.
Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack.
Work with unit and golden tests and support performance optimization and profiling.

4+ years of programming experience, including at least one year of app development.
Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
Experience with fastlane, GitHub Actions, unit testing, golden testing, performance optimization, and profiling.
Strong ownership, self-drive, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Mobile native experience with iOS or Android, mobile automated testing, gRPC, Firebase, Sentry, DataDog, Figma, and open-source experience are nice to have.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus.
