Base Salary
$225k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for Voyager’s Spectrum Dominance portfolio.
- Set the strategic direction for applying Agentic Computational Engineering to RF hardware design.
- Lead the deployment of Voyager’s ACE platform for RF-specific applications.
- Oversee the design, analysis, and testing of advanced RF systems.
- Architect complete RF systems ensuring seamless integration across the signal chain.
- Guide technologies from research to productized solutions ready for manufacturing.
- Build and mentor a world-class engineering team across RF hardware, DSP, and AI disciplines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape new opportunities and ensure integration with broader technology ecosystems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Eligibility for US Government clearance (requires US citizenship).
- Demonstrated background in space-based active RF systems design and deployment.
- Proven experience in designing complete end-to-end RF systems.
- Extensive experience with software-defined radio (SDR) systems.
- Strong track record in digital signal processing (DSP) and RF Machine Learning algorithms.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams through advanced R&D programs.
- Familiarity with government R&D contracting and proposal development.
