Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end.
- Judge the usefulness and correctness of outputs at a high level.
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning, not just code.
- Distinguish between different levels of response quality.
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on what worked and what didn’t.
- Help define what great interactions look like with AI tools.
Requirements
- Staff or Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code.
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows.
- Comfortable giving direct, opinionated feedback.
- High bar for what constitutes good engineering.
