Responsibilities
- Develop and scale growth experiments across the user acquisition and retention funnel.
- Build and optimize user experiences for self-serve adoption.
- Leverage data analytics to measure user behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to enhance product-led growth.
- Automate workflows for customer acquisition and sales enablement.
- Contribute to technical growth initiatives like onboarding flows and monetization models.
- Own and improve growth infrastructure, including experimentation platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in writing production software and building web applications.
- Proficiency in Python, Typescript, and Postgres.
- Experience with AI coding agents or tools.
- Strong enthusiasm for customer-centric problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
