Base Salary
$225k - $380k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale design methodologies for rapid chip development.
- Create consistent abstractions for hardware structures and configurations.
- Automate engineering workflows to enhance reproducibility and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Identify design risks early and improve confidence in performance tradeoffs.
- Contribute to software and hardware development as methodologies evolve.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills in C++, Python, Rust, or similar languages.
- Experience building engineering infrastructure and developer tools.
- Understanding of digital design and computer architecture.
- Experience integrating RTL and IP components into an SoC.
- Ability to design APIs and data models for complex systems.
- Comfort with automating multi-stage workflows and building regression systems.
- Ability to reason across architecture, design, verification, and software boundaries.
