Responsibilities
- Lead or support observability engineering for mission-critical systems and platforms.
- Apply tracing, metrics, monitoring, and logging concepts.
- Work with large-scale Elasticsearch installations.
- Use or support observability tooling including Jaeger, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, Kafka, and ELF.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Knowledge of observability concepts such as tracing, metrics, monitoring, and logging.
- Experience with large-scale installations of Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of OpenTelemetry or OpenTracing.
- Knowledge of Jaeger, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, Kafka, and ELF.
