Responsibilities
- Complete small, well-scoped software engineering tasks across the stack with guidance from senior engineers.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software components using C#, Python, React, Vue.js, and GraphQL.
- Develop software in a cloud-native Microsoft Azure environment using standard engineering practices.
- Participate in estimation, planning, testing, code reviews, documentation, and shared problem-solving.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Designers, UX, Analysts, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
- Assist with resolving or escalating incidents during team on-call rotations.
- Advocate for improvements in performance, security, reliability, and product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong C# skills.
- Foundational knowledge of programming principles and data structures.
- Exposure to source control, automated testing, and modern software development practices.
- Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for asynchronous collaboration, code reviews, and stakeholder communication.
- Clear communication, effective feedback skills, collaborative approach, and commitment to continuous learning and inclusive teamwork.
