Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and maintaining Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Support the creation and enhancement of Power Automate Cloud Flows for business-process automation.
- Use Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources to build business solutions.
- Assist with Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications and workflows.
- Support AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Builder, including conversational agents and prompt refinement.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems through APIs and custom connectors.
- Support connectivity with Jira, Remedy, AWS services, and SharePoint.
- Follow application lifecycle management and source-control practices using Azure Git and GitHub.
- Support deployments, version control, environment migrations, documentation, and development standards.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, stakeholders, and senior team members while participating in development reviews and sprint planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in Power Platform development or low-code application development.
- Basic knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Understanding of APIs, data integration, and automation concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, or PL-400 are preferred.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or generative AI technologies is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of prompt engineering concepts is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps repositories is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other programming languages is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is preferred.
