Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver machine learning, generative AI, and large language model solutions from concept through production.
- Deploy AI models into production environments while meeting quality, performance, and reliability benchmarks.
- Conduct testing, evaluation, scoring, and quality control for generative AI models.
- Participate in research and monitor emerging generative AI techniques and developments.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, business partners, and stakeholders to integrate AI technologies into products and services.
- Support innovative technology solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance and improving client and customer experiences.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and delivering complex machine learning solutions to production.
- Experience with generative AI technologies, NLP, and named entity recognition.
- Knowledge of deep learning and generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, Pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy.
- Experience with XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Proficiency in Python software development using object-oriented design patterns and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization.
- Experience with model evaluation and scoring frameworks such as MLflow.
- Experience with Docker containers and Dockerfiles; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- PostgreSQL and vector database experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Publications or contributions to the AI research community are a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field.
