Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Python.
- Create reusable UI components and front-end architecture and integrate applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Build LLM-powered conversational AI solutions, intelligent assistants, chatbots, and AI-driven workflows.
- Develop RAG solutions using vector databases and implement document processing, knowledge search, summarization, and automation capabilities.
- Integrate AI services including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and similar platforms.
- Implement prompt optimization, AI model evaluation and monitoring, responsible AI practices, model governance, and AI security controls.
- Deploy and manage applications on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of full stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Python.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Redux or Context API, and Material UI or similar UI frameworks.
- Experience with Python web frameworks including FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Mandatory experience developing Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Experience with vector databases or search technologies such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience integrating OpenAI or Azure OpenAI Services and developing AI agent frameworks.
- Preferred experience with AI agent development, MCP, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
- Preferred knowledge of Graph APIs, enterprise application integration, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Copilot technologies.
- Preferred exposure to machine learning lifecycle and MLOps concepts, large datasets, multiple data sources, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
