Base Salary
$79k - $133k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build server-side Java components and web services for user experience and geospatial workflows.
- Prototype, design, develop, and deliver scalable and fault-tolerant software features.
- Design and architect software products to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze and fix bugs and performance issues.
- Collaborate with teams to understand and incorporate requirements into the software.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience developing middleware software components using core Java, Servlets (JavaEE), JSP.
- Good understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or DB2.
- Experience working with large code bases.
- Fundamental understanding of web services including REST and SOAP.
- Excellent problem-solving, design, development, and debugging skills.
- Bachelor's degree in math, computer science, physics, or related field.
