Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect the GTM Tech Stack with seamless integrations.
- Build a cohesive, automated engine that centralizes data in CRM and data warehouse.
- Maintain data integrity through accurate data flows and enrichment logic.
- Translate GTM strategy into automated playbooks and workflows.
- Lead system design for Salesforce CPQ, including pricing and approval workflows.
- Optimize quote-to-order conversion for accurate data flow.
- Implement governance on pricing and discounting to maintain compliance.
- Streamline approvals to improve deal velocity.
- Integrate CLM tools with Salesforce for automated workflows.
- Automate repetitive tasks across the GTM organization.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a Growth, GTM Engineer, or Revenue Operations role.
- Strong systems thinking and a desire to build interconnected solutions.
- Direct experience with Salesforce and familiarity with its data model.
- Understanding of the GTM funnel and what drives pipeline conversion.
- Knowledge of quoting tool configurations and CLM processes.
- Ability to iterate quickly and operate with high ownership.
- Technical capability to work with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations.
