Base Salary
$130k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build backend services for candidate-job matching and marketplace workflows.
- Develop APIs and internal systems for search, eligibility, scoring, and allocation.
- Create data models and system abstractions for a dynamic labor marketplace.
- Design infrastructure for real-time and asynchronous decision-making.
- Maintain operational systems that ensure reliable and observable workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and operating reliable backend systems in production.
- Strong judgment in system design, performance, and data modeling.
- Comfort with high-throughput APIs and distributed systems.
- Ability to translate product requirements into technical systems.
- High engineering standards with a focus on simple, durable abstractions.
