Build core backend platform systems for contracts, payouts, fraud, and identity and access at Mercor, an AI data company shaping how human expertise powers frontier models. You’ll own foundational services that make the platform secure, reliable, and scalable.

Build and own the backend services and agent infrastructure powering Mercor’s talent workflows at production scale. You’ll develop orchestration, tool interfaces, evaluation, guardrails, and auditable human-in-the-loop systems alongside product, operations, and AI researchers.
