Responsibilities
- Build agents that source, vet, and staff domain experts with minimal human input.
- Develop pay and incentive models to hire and retain high-quality experts.
- Create experiments and workflows that keep large projects operating smoothly.
- Build agents that monitor and drive revenue goals.
- Own major components of Mercor’s self-optimizing automation platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive under ambiguity, take on outsized scope, and maintain a high quality bar.
