Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the data model and workflows for a property management operating system.
- Develop AI systems that use property context to complete work, identify missing information, and escalate issues to people.
- Make engineering decisions involving payments, financial records, and resident communications.
- Ship production software to users, learn from its limitations, and improve it based on feedback.
- Take projects from problem definition through launch and iteration.
Requirements
- Senior-level, broad-based software engineering experience spanning deployment, development, operations, and user adoption.
- Experience at a startup or hypergrowth startup.
- Experience building and shipping production software end to end in a backend or full-stack capacity.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL, or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Relevant experience with AI or LLM systems, payments, accounting, or property management software.
- Ability to take ownership, learn quickly, and work effectively amid ambiguity.
Benefits
- Base salary of $150,000 to $300,000 annually.
