Responsibilities
- Build agents that source, vet, and staff domain experts with minimal human input.
- Develop pay and incentive models to hire and retain high-quality experts.
- Create experiments and workflows that keep large-scale projects running smoothly.
- Build agents that monitor and drive real revenue goals.
- Own major parts of Mercor’s self-optimizing automation platform.
Requirements
- Engineering experience suited to ambiguous problems and outsized scope.
