Base Salary
$198k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications into production with robust platform integrations.
- Develop intelligent agents and AI-powered features that translate complex research into practical customer solutions.
- Collaborate with research scientists, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements and deliver business-focused features.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools for enterprise generative AI applications.
- Champion responsible AI practices including bias detection, explainability, and safety alignment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for scalable software systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong foundation in machine learning principles, deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and large language models.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and MLOps tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable software systems with clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex technical challenges with AI.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams, innovate, and own projects through delivery.
