Responsibilities
- Select the orchestration or iPaaS platform and define integration patterns, data contracts, and authentication models.
- Build integration and authentication layers connecting Okta, Entra, Rippling, NetSuite, Slack, and Notion through automated, identity-driven provisioning.
- Ship AI agents and automations for workflows including hire-to-retire and help-desk deflection.
- Deliver monitored and reliable production automations with error handling and runbooks.
- Partner with Business Systems and teams across global offices to connect systems to shared data contracts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience building integrations and/or automations using APIs, webhooks, SCIM, or event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with an iPaaS such as Workato, n8n, Tray, or a similar platform.
- End-to-end experience shipping AI/LLM agents or automations, including orchestration, workflow design, and prompt design.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and Python scripting skills, with experience in monitoring, error handling, and runbooks.
- Understanding of identity and authentication technologies including SSO, SCIM, and OAuth, and of how HRIS, ERP, and collaboration systems connect.
