Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own AI features end-to-end, from problem statement to general availability.
- Move features through rollout tiers, earning promotions with evaluation baselines.
- Build and defend evaluations using golden datasets and north-star metrics.
- Lead the semantic layer of the AI stack, focusing on retrieval semantics and embedding quality.
- Push output quality through context assembly and prompt optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with ML/LLM-powered features.
- Ability to identify real customer problems from half-formed prototypes.
- Deep knowledge in areas like LLM application engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Strong skills in Python and/or TypeScript, with familiarity in modern backend technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
