Base Salary
$132k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable generative AI services and applications using Python and modern frameworks.
- Build and optimize low-latency APIs and microservices integrating AI models and agentic workflows.
- Own system design and architecture for core platform components from proposal through production deployment.
- Develop responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Partner with DevOps teams on continuous deployment, logging, monitoring, performance, security, and reliability.
Requirements
- Require 3–5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong production Python development.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI applications using LLMs, vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector, and open-source agentic frameworks.
- Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of FastAPI, Asyncio, PostgreSQL, and AI developer tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, including IAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, security practices, or enterprise administration and billing systems.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, solve complex technical problems, and own delivery from conception through production.
