
Senior Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for critical product features.
- Lead automation efforts for specific projects and ensure effective test coverage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into the development process.
- Monitor and report on automated test performance and recommend improvements.
- Improve automation processes and tools, and mentor junior automation engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in test automation or software development focused on testing.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
- Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, influence decision-making, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior engineers.
- Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes.
