Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report on manual and automated test cases across projects and service releases.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations to drive resolution.
- Analyze automated test results to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Report test progress and outcomes clearly and promptly to stakeholders.
- Review requirements, design documents, and test specifications with project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing approaches and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for evaluating complex test results and explaining findings.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
- Preferred experience testing trading or financial technology platforms.
- Preferred familiarity with Selenium, pytest, or similar test automation tools and frameworks.
- Exposure to agile development environments and practices is preferred.
