System Test Engineer

Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, and execute system and functional testing for new features and system behavior.
- Run manual and automated tests across client/server software, Distributed Control Units, readers, motor-locks, and other hardware-based environments.
- Build, maintain, and coordinate testing in laboratory environments used to validate complete system functionality.
- Improve test automation, testing processes, and methodologies using Python, Selenium, and Robot Framework.
- Troubleshoot issues and defects in collaboration with developers and other stakeholders.
- Perform functional, performance, stress, and reliability testing across the complete ARX system.
Requirements
- Solid experience in system, software, or integration testing.
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing; Python, Selenium, and Robot Framework experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured, analytical, proactive, and curious approach to learning a complex product and improving testing practices.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience with hardware-based test environments, Java, Embedded C, access control or security products, and Swedish are nice-to-have qualifications.
