Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, and support software applications and services with guidance from experienced engineers.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure software components and services.
- Contribute to APIs, microservices, distributed applications, event-driven solutions, and established software architecture patterns.
- Develop and maintain unit, functional, and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Support cloud-based applications through monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to performance optimization, observability, reliability, CI/CD, automation, logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational-readiness initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, Security, DevOps, and Operations teams to deliver business and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical software-development experience through a relevant internship, co-op, research, or professional business experience.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software design principles.
- Working knowledge of Java, Golang, Kotlin, C#, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of architectural concepts including layered architectures, microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed applications.
- Understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, SQL, software testing practices, unit testing frameworks, and automated testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and Agile software development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of application performance, scalability, monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, secure coding, OWASP guidelines, and application security best practices.
- Exposure to JavaScript or Angular is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills.
