Responsibilities
- Build systems that enhance user trust and compliance.
- Work on user privacy, account access, KYC, and fraud prevention.
- Design and implement complex systems within the team’s domain.
- Guide full-stack development practices.
- Collaborate with senior engineering leaders to advance technology.
Requirements
- Experience in designing systems for fraud detection and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with building reliable customer-facing and internal tools.
- Exposure to identity, access, privacy, and compliance domains.
- Proven experience leading technical projects from discovery to release.
- Proficiency in at least one server-side language, preferably Ruby.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
- Strong understanding of technical design and architecture for web applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Commitment to mentoring and upskilling teammates.
- Passion for software engineering and creating innovative solutions.
