$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features across web and mobile apps from design to launch.
- Own all aspects of technical implementation including backend, frontend, web, and mobile.
- Prioritize features and projects based on data, user feedback, and company goals.
- Scope features from both product and technical perspectives, writing product requirements and technical design documents.
- Meet with users to gather feedback and collaborate with designers on UX/UI.
- Collaborate with the community team to understand product usage.
- Take full ownership of large product areas as you grow.
- Drive improvements in code quality, velocity, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor and be mentored by other high-performing engineers.
Requirements
- 2–11 years of full-time software engineering experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong product intuition and a bias toward action.
- Ability to structure and decompose complex features elegantly.
- Detail-oriented with a track record of shipping high-quality code quickly.
- Appreciation for beautiful, user-centered design.
- Strong work ethic and resourcefulness in ambiguous situations.
- A love for tackling complex challenges head-on.
- Deep sense of ownership and dedication to delivering ambitious outcomes.
- Team-first mindset with the ability to set ego aside in decision-making.
