Base Salary

$131k - $158k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop Dynamics 365 ERP solutions for Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Commerce from functional and technical specifications.
  • Gather requirements and generate technical specifications in collaboration with technical teams, business users, and functional consultants.
  • Design and create solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical errors and own the technical aspects of support tickets.
  • Own Dynamics 365 F&O ISV software and integrations.
  • Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality and alignment.
  • Create proof-of-concepts and evaluate potential ISV integrations.
  • Conduct internal and business-user training sessions.
  • Lead a development sub-team and coordinate with project managers on status and delivery.
  • Own project deliverables and ensure quality, timely, and budget-compliant execution.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and extensibility model.
  • Expertise in X++ and SQL, with working knowledge of .NET, C#, and C++.
  • Strong experience with LCS and Azure DevOps features and functionalities.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management, including code merging and deployments.
  • Ability to design reusable solutions and frameworks, establish efficient patterns, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation.
  • Ability to lead a development sub-team consisting of full-time and subcontractor staff.
  • Ability to present technical topics and solutions, lead status calls, and provide project updates.
  • Proficiency in maintaining technical documentation, including test cases, LOE, TDDs, SOPs, developer guides, and database refresh policies.
  • Ability to follow software development lifecycle processes and own quality project deliverables delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ability to pass one Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Platform, or Azure certification exam per year.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant Associate certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a relevant business area required.
  • Eight or more years of experience using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform preferred.
  • Previous C# and/or .NET Framework experience strongly desired.
  • Experience with full lifecycle Dynamics 365 upgrades preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Apps, and Flow preferred.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server or equivalent, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office tools preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, coaching, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate customer and business requirements into working code and assess technical gaps in requirement specifications.
  • Ability to meet physical, productivity, safety, and applicable ADA-related job requirements.
