Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain performant, scalable frontend features for the desktop, mobile web, and tablet web shop.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA managers to turn concepts into reliable, user-friendly features.
- Solve complex technical problems and architect sustainable frontend solutions.
- Own large-scale projects from conception through deployment with limited oversight.
- Participate in code reviews and promote high-quality, maintainable code and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize frontend architecture, web performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and development workflows.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of frontend development experience.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Deep experience with React and its ecosystem, including hooks and context.
- Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, including responsive design and CSS-in-JS.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, REST API integration, and application state management such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
- Familiarity with Webpack or Vite and npm or yarn.
- Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility principles.
- Proficiency with Git and comfort with CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to solve complex, non-standard problems, exercise sound judgment, and lead projects with little oversight.
- Nice-to-have experience includes server-side rendering, large-scale e-commerce, Node.js, design systems or component libraries, and Cypress.
