Base Salary
$160k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship agent-driven tools, interfaces, and workflow products for business users.
- Design, tune, and evaluate agent behavior to produce trustworthy outputs.
- Work directly with users to translate real workflows and data into working software.
- Rapidly deliver useful outputs and iterate based on live user feedback.
- Build configurable, reusable product surfaces rather than one-off solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience shipping production software and owning a product surface end to end.
- Experience deploying an agent in a commercial production environment.
- Experience building data-dense, decision-support, or analytics products.
- Ability to build quickly with messy real-world data and iterate with users.
- Based in the NYC metro area and able to work on-site.
