Responsibilities
- Manage and develop global continuous integration build infrastructure for embedded firmware development teams.
- Maintain and improve firmware build, testing, and release delivery pipelines.
- Create and improve delivery metrics such as lead time and deployment frequency.
- Support cybersecurity experts with code signing, security testing, and security scans in build pipelines.
- Coordinate development, operations, manufacturing, production testers, software teams, and project teams.
- Coach engineers across products, projects, and teams while disseminating engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Solid experience with CI/CD infrastructure, cloud, and virtualization technologies, including Azure DevOps, Ansible, Artifactory, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Previous senior-level DevOps experience.
- Experience establishing new practices and ways of working across organizational boundaries.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Experience with embedded systems, IEC 62443, code signing, or security testing is beneficial.
