Responsibilities
- Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Support builds and deployments across platform environments to keep delivery predictable and low-risk.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
- Contribute to production monitoring, operational health, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and engineers on shared delivery goals.
- Improve tooling, automation, and engineering practices over time.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS services including ECS, EKS/Kubernetes, Lambda, IAM, KMS, DynamoDB, RDS/Aurora, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native deployment models.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and infrastructure-as-code such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
- Experience collaborating with a global team.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
- Scripting and automation experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot backend services is preferred.
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and multi-tenant architectures is preferred.
- Familiarity with logging, metrics, tracing, observability, SRE practices, and operational discipline is preferred.
- Experience with cloud security and compliance requirements, including encryption and secrets management, is preferred.
