Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations for customer, product, and operations problems.
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
- Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify valuable opportunities and ship solutions quickly.
- Design reliable systems that address accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.
- Convert manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems and improve them in production.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering ability and a record of personally building, shipping, or scaling serious products, platforms, or systems.
- Experience building AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
- Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical technology stack.
- Ability to evaluate what should be automated, test quality, and improve system reliability over time.
- Fintech, banking, support automation, risk, KYC, fraud, CRM, or operations automation experience is preferred.
- Candidates must already be based in Hong Kong.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be able to work with product, operations, and business teams.
