Responsibilities
- Build, evolve, and maintain backend services for Pix, TED, bill payments, and payouts across the LATAM Transfers ecosystem.
- Deliver features end to end from design through production.
- Contribute to Pix stability, compliance, integrations, and alignment with Brazilian Central Bank requirements.
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with the engineering manager, product manager, and other engineers to turn requirements into technical tasks.
- Identify and help resolve technical debt, risks, and blockers.
Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience with strong skills in Go, Java, or Kotlin.
- Understanding of software design principles, clean code, and automated testing.
- Experience with relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Track record of delivering features end to end in a production environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and communicate progress proactively.
