Base Salary
$138k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the architecture and technical roadmap for manufacturing test software and infrastructure across L10 server and L11 rack levels.
- Lead development of scalable software integrating hardware testing, data analytics, visualization, and automated hardware test workflows.
- Integrate IPMI, Redfish, FIO, Linpack, and ptugen into manufacturing test systems.
- Guide virtualized test environments using VMware, PXE boot, DHCP, and nginx configurations.
- Lead responsive dashboard and user-interface development and architect back-end services and RESTful APIs.
- Mentor and technically lead software engineers, conduct reviews, establish standards, and support career development.
- Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, GitLab-based version control, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, test, and failure analysis engineers across global, multisite teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field and 8+ years of manufacturing test software development experience, or a master’s degree and 6+ years of experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or architect role.
- Expertise in Python, Linux, bash scripting, hardware testing and automation, full-stack development, and RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience with virtualization and networking technologies, including VMware, SDN, BGP, and ECMP.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in multisite and multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of AI integration in system applications is preferred.
