Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, construct, test, implement, and support new or revised application systems and programs.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications across UI, middleware, APIs, and database layers.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, backend services, authentication and authorization solutions, and enterprise integrations.
- Design and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications using Spring Boot, microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk technology activities, and post-implementation analysis.
- Monitor and control development processes and provide user and operational support to business users.
- Recommend programming solutions, operating standards, security measures, and process improvements.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and serve as a subject matter expert for stakeholders and team members.
- Assess risk and support compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and organizational policies.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in Angular or React, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Solid frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, backend services, authentication and authorization solutions, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of full-stack application development across UI, middleware, APIs, and database layers.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, scalable cloud-native application design, database design, SQL optimization, stored procedures, CI/CD, DevOps, and Git.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, plus working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and changing requirements, exercise independent judgment, and operate with limited supervision.
