Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the organization and with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities and requirements into shipped features.
- Develop clean, efficient, well-documented software for resilient and scalable SaaS applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on architecture, development, and technology adoption.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, operational excellence, and engineering quality.
- Work with customers to improve product experiences and ensure solutions exceed expectations.
- Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing highly scalable cloud-native applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS is required.
- Proficiency with event-driven architecture, API integration, and GraphQL is required.
- Deep experience building applications on either Azure or AWS using CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Experience using Grafana for observability and performance monitoring.
- Experience working across the frontend and backend and shipping features end-to-end.
- Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine-learning experience is not required.
- Experience working with customers to improve product experiences.
- BA/BS in a computer science-related field or equivalent experience is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment.
