Responsibilities
- Contribute to planning, designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and supporting data and AI products.
- Translate functional and non-functional business requirements into data and AI products with business stakeholders.
- Provide input on technical designs and alignment with standards and roadmaps.
- Build frameworks, automation scripts, and reusable code to accelerate development.
- Identify, track, and perform regression testing on defects.
- Support production issues and complete root-cause analysis.
- Participate in process improvements that improve delivery and deployment capabilities.
Requirements
- Requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and IT education and/or certification(s).
- Experience with ETL/ELT development and testing and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, Python, Spark/PySpark, and Scala.
- Experience with SSIS, Glue, AWS or Azure cloud storage and computing services, Hadoop, and Netezza.
- Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets in batch and streaming environments.
- Experience with data analysis, data modeling, data mapping, and data profiling.
- Experience with AI concepts, GenAI, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI-powered software-development tools.
- Knowledge of technical and business environments and processes, including Agile delivery and JIRA usage.
- Strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication, collaboration, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
