Responsibilities
- Contribute to engineering architecture and code reviews, including evaluating AI-generated code and patterns.
- Build highly available, scalable backend services for a mission-critical environment.
- Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions.
- Adopt automation, AI-assisted development tools, and intelligent workflows in engineering planning and execution.
- Use AI systems to improve performance, observability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience designing and delivering highly available, scalable cloud-based systems.
- Backend service experience with managed languages such as Java, Scala, Go, or C#.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores.
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI-assisted development tools into engineering workflows.
- Strong understanding of applying AI to developer productivity, system design, and operational efficiency.
