Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within critical business applications.
- Analyze system performance and use monitoring tools to identify and address problems.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to communicate technical issues and resolutions.
- Contribute to support-process improvements and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Work independently, develop subject-matter expertise, and participate actively in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems and their integration.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in software applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
