Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom NetSuite solutions.
- Architect and develop solutions using SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteQL, Suitelets, RESTlets, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and Map/Reduce Scripts.
- Own requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, records, dashboards, and integrations.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, testing strategies, development best practices, estimation, solution design, technical documentation, and project planning.
- Mentor and guide NetSuite developers and consultants.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues within the NetSuite ecosystem.
- Integrate NetSuite with third-party platforms and enterprise applications.
- Stay current with NetSuite capabilities, product enhancements, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience across implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
- Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteQL, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, and NetSuite customization frameworks.
- Proven experience delivering NetSuite solutions from design through production deployment.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, customization best practices, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers in a project delivery environment.
- Ability to work directly with clients, gather requirements, and provide technical leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with US-based clients and distributed teams.
