Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate core authorization primitives like roles and policies.
- Ensure strict multi-tenant isolation for customer data.
- Maintain fast fine-grained permission checks for millions of automated decisions.
- Build audit and access-trail capabilities for compliance.
- Design systems with regulated-industry constraints in mind.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities.
- Work across the full stack to develop IAM and permissions systems.
- Review pull requests and invest in test automation.
- Engage in team rituals and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals with a focus on simplicity and precision.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- 3+ years of professional full-stack experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience building backend services in Python (FastAPI or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud providers.
- Interest in security and access control concepts.
