Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build the core authentication and identity service, including KYC integration.
- Build payments and billing infrastructure covering payouts, transactions, disputes, and reconciliation.
- Own high-volume media ingestion and delivery pipelines.
- Own the cloud platform, including environments, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, and cost.
- Ship notification systems across push, SMS, and email.
- Build web interfaces and dashboards for visibility into tasks, supply, and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production backend systems at scale.
- Strong distributed-systems fundamentals, including APIs, queues, storage, and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with payments, billing, or fintech infrastructure.
- Hands-on infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP, Terraform or similar tools, containers, and CI/CD.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or a similar language.
- Experience shipping reliable systems that move real money for real users.
