Responsibilities
- Lead a globally distributed team of Python developers and ensure technical quality and best practices.
- Coordinate team activities and report progress to client stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend services.
- Build and integrate APIs with internal and external systems.
- Implement microservices-based architectures and event-driven integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, CI/CD support, and cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams.
Requirements
- Experience providing technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Python development.
- Experience with API and systems integration, RESTful services, and JSON payloads.
- Exposure to SOAP and XML-based web services.
- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and Linux environments.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using AI-code assistant tools to improve productivity.
- Preferred: telecom OSS/BSS, TM Forum APIs, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, order management systems, network provisioning and orchestration, and CRM integration experience.
