Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of critical platform capabilities.
- Own complex technical initiatives from conception through production.
- Design scalable distributed systems and services.
- Identify and resolve architectural, reliability, and performance bottlenecks.
- Establish engineering patterns and technical standards.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Influence long-term platform architecture and technology decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems and system architecture.
- Deep proficiency in at least one major programming language.
- Experience operating systems at meaningful scale.
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
- AI/ML infrastructure experience is a nice-to-have.
- Kubernetes and cloud-platform experience is a nice-to-have.
- High-scale distributed systems experience is a nice-to-have.
- Startup or scale-up experience is a nice-to-have.
- GPU or data-intensive systems experience is a nice-to-have.
- Fluent English is required.
