Responsibilities
- Work with clients and multiple stakeholders to solve technical and business problems.
- Lead engineering teams delivering applications and services.
- Apply architecture and delivery methodologies across relevant architectural domains.
- Contribute to internal projects and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Participate in technical interviews, client-centric case studies, and collaborative whiteboarding sessions.
- Work according to agile best practices and communicate through in-person and asynchronous channels.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams to deliver applications and services.
- Clear understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
- Capability to operate across business, data, application, technology, and security architecture, with a specialism in at least one domain.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Experience with leading cloud vendors such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, and Salesforce is sought.
- Certifications in appropriate methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous.
- Applicants for applicable UK roles must meet required security-clearance residency conditions, including five years of continuous UK residency where higher national security vetting applies.
