Responsibilities
- Own full-stack features end to end, from backend service design through polished frontend implementation.
- Build and maintain secure production applications supporting cybersecurity, reverse engineering, and defense initiatives.
- Develop frontend interfaces using TypeScript/JavaScript, modern frameworks, responsive design frameworks, and accessibility principles.
- Design backend services in Python and work with databases, ORMs, RESTful APIs, and message brokers.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams in compliance-sensitive environments.
- Potentially lead small cross-domain development teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing production full-stack applications.
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and UI implementation experience.
- Backend development experience with Python, including frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
- Experience with Bootstrap or Material and responsive design.
- Practical database experience, including PostgreSQL and ORMs.
- Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with AMQP or RabbitMQ message brokers.
- Active U.S. security clearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with distributed engineering teams.
- Preferred experience includes VMware, OpenStack, CI/CD workflows, DoD or compliance-sensitive environments, ZeroMQ, Figma, embedded platforms, reverse engineering tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Android, and iOS.
