Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable applications and APIs using Java and Python.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices, including third-party API and service integrations.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and other SQL or NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to define requirements and integrate components.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply security best practices for data handling and API authentication.
- Integrate cloud services and APIs when applicable and provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
- U.S. Person status as defined by the posting.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python and associated frameworks such as Spring Boot, Flask, or Django.
- Strong understanding of REST, GraphQL, and SOAP API architectures and experience with Postman or Swagger UI.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and apply strong problem-solving skills.
