Base Salary
$93k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and support full-stack applications, workflows, and services within Palantir Foundry.
- Build user-facing functionality, backend logic, APIs, workflow features, and automation for enterprise use cases.
- Develop and maintain batch and near-real-time data pipelines integrating legacy enterprise systems into Foundry.
- Implement data transformations, validations, quality checks, and ontology-aligned application and integration patterns.
- Write clean, documented code and participate in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, defect resolution, code reviews, and development improvements.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, product owners, developers, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver compliant and reliable solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, demos, retrospectives, status reporting, and blocker identification.
- Build proficiency in Palantir Foundry frameworks, ontology-driven application development, enterprise architecture standards, and secure development practices.
- Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted engineering tools where appropriate, and continuously develop software, data engineering, and platform delivery skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, graduate degree and at least 4 years of related experience, or at least 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience developing software with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience with full-stack development, including frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.
- Experience with relational or non-relational databases, data transformation logic, systems integration, enterprise data pipelines, ETL processes, or application integrations.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, Code Repositories, Workshop, Operational Applications, or ontology-based development, is preferred.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular and backend/API development or scripting in Python or Java.
- Understanding of version control, code reviews, unit testing, debugging, CI/CD concepts, secure software development, and data governance.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments and strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps concepts, containerization, infrastructure automation, AI/ML-enabled workflows, analytics applications, or data products.
- Experience in regulated industries such as defense, aerospace, manufacturing, finance, or healthcare is preferred.
